Treasurer (Chas)
Facilities (Adam) – Where to meet, name tags, agenda, and eventually refreshments.
Chair (Don)
These roles are needed.
Programs/Outreach: Arranges for Speakers, First Friday, Bush Library, etc.
Promotion: PSA’s, web site updates (not redesign, just updates), Facebook, X, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube.
Vice President: Modeling club and modeling society coverage, arranges occasional local media coverage. Generally, helps keeps things moving, leads liaison efforts with nearby clubs and associations.
Some Cash
We will need to raise some initial funding to pay for establishing the non-profit corporation, and have some money for approved projects (e.g., hosting costs, supplies for special events, deposits, subsidizing officer travel, whatever the “Board” approves).
